Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Emiten gas pelat merah, PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGAS) menerima putusan arbitrase parsial dari London Court of International Arbitration terkait gugatan Gunvor Singapore Pte Ltd.

Berdasarkan keterbukaan informasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), seperti dikutip Senin (31/8/2026), dalam putusan tersebut, PGAS diminta membayar kompensasi kepada Gunvor, tetapi nilai kompensasi belum diungkapkan.

Saat ini, Perseroan sedang melakukan penelaahan secara menyeluruh atas Putusan Arbitrase yang masih bersifat parsial, termasuk implikasinya bagi Perseroan.

Manajemen mengatakan, putusan Arbitrase tersebut memerlukan proses eksekusi melalui pengadilan negeri di Indonesia sesuai melalui ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

“Manajemen Perseroan melakukan upaya terbaik dalam menangani perkara tersebut dan mengambil langkah-langkah upaya hukum lebih lanjut yang dipandang perlu dan tepat dengan memperhatikan kepentingan terbaik Perseroan dan prinsip tata kelola perusahaan yang baik,” tutup manajemen.
